Unless otherwise stated on the specific Product’s or Service’s sales page and order form and/or in these Terms, all of our products and services come with an action-based 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, with the conditions outlined above.

All we ask is that you actually take action with the business training & coaching and give it a solid go.

In order to qualify for an action-based refund, we will ask you to provide the work you have done to show you have meet the specified conditions. We also will require you to do this within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, respond to the email you received upon paying for and joining The Sovereign Tribe with proof of completing the above items.

Refund will be processed by your Sovereign Tribe Coach upon request, if all above conditions have been met in full. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion.

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. The Sovereign Tribe recommends that you contact them at contact@thesovereigntribe.com or your browser provider, as The Sovereign tribe ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted us at contact@thesovereigntribe.com for approval of your refund request.

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of free webinars, video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the products offered before making a purchase.

We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.
